When email leaves a corporate network, it opens enterprises to a variety of risks. FrontBridge's TrueProtect Outbound Services protects businesses from these risks with a comprehensive set of email filtering and policy management tools designed to automate email policy enforcement and enhance email protection for all messages leaving the corporate network.

FrontBridge performs outbound email management and relay services through the distributed servers in the FrontBridge network. The outbound email services include:

Policy and attribute rules are established and maintained by customers in the same manner as rules for inbound email. Email that violates a policy or attribute rule is automatically returned to the sender, and the offending email is summarized in the Rejection Report.
