Calling Features

Voice Mail Services

With Voice Mail Services, no phone calls to your business go unanswered. You are able to receive calls made to your business when you are on the phone, online or even during a power outage. Your employees also have the ability to send, retrieve, archive and forward messages. The basic service provides a 60-message capacity, while the enhanced service provides a 90-message capacity.

Custom Calling

Various custom calling features are available and can be added to your current phone service. Some of the services include Caller ID, Caller ID with Name, Call Waiting and Automatic Callback. Some of these features require additional or special equipment.

Some of the most popular custom calling features include:

  • Remote Call Forwarding – Enables you to transfer calls to other stations and lines even outside of your system.
  • Call Forwarding – Forwards your incoming calls to other parties or locations when you are away, treeing the lines as soon as the calls have been transferred.
  • Three-Way Calling – Enables you to use one line to connect up to three parties.
  • Audible Message Waiting Indicator – Informs you immediately if you have messages in your voice mailbox.
